Damages and Issues

Since we do offer a perishable product, we cannot accept any returns. However, we do want our customers to be happy, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your notification of an issue. We will either offer you a refund for your purchase automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days, OR we will ship out the corrected product immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
